Advocacy Fact Sheets: Links to Local Elected Governments

What issues are your local elected government representatives addressing? Settling a tied election? Budget priorities? Data centers? Flock cameras?

Most of us don’t have time to attend every local government meeting in person. But we can stay informed by:

  • Checking the dates of regular meetings.
  • Reading meeting agendas and packets to identify issues we want to follow.
  • Watching livestreams or recorded meetings online.

We can also contact our local elected representatives to share our perspectives on issues that matter to us.

To save you time finding these resources, we’ve created four fact sheets with links to meeting information and other resources for Carter, Sullivan, Unicoi, and Washington Counties.

The fact sheets also include links to local elected governing bodies in Elizabethton, Kingsport, Bristol, Tennessee, Erwin, Unicoi, Johnson City, and Jonesborough.
